Susan Collins said Congress will face “tremendous pressure” to change President Donald Trump’s megabill. Collins was one of three Republican senators to vote against the bill that squeaked through Congress this summer.

Trump’s anti-diversity push is cutting programs for students with hearing and vision loss. The Education Department is targeting Maine and seven other states where a spokesperson cited concerns about “divisive concepts” and “fairness.”
