The pedestrian killed on June 2 when he was hit by a car in Bradford has been identified.
Chester Michaud, 95, of Bradford was walking on Route 221 about 12:42 p.m. when he was hit by a sedan driven by 77-year-old Chester Williams of Hudson, according to the Penobscot County Sheriff’s Office.
Michaud died at the scene.
No charges have been filed, the sheriff’s office said Tuesday night.
The investigation is ongoing.
