A 4-year-old who was found unresponsive in a Kennebunk hotel pool has died.
The girl was found unresponsive and in cardiac arrest about 9:30 a.m. on June 20 in the pool at the Hampton Inn Hotel.
She was taken to Maine Medical Center in Portland before being transferred to Boston Children’s Hospital in critical condition. She later succumbed to her injuries, CBS affiliate WGME reported.
The investigation into her death is ongoing.
