A man has been accused of a weekend vehicle burglary spree in Bangor.

Kevin Pullen, 36, was charged with eight counts of burglary of a motor vehicle and seven counts of theft by unauthorized taking and transfer, according to Katy England, a spokesperson for the Bangor Police Department.

Pullen allegedly burglarized a number of motor vehicles on Norway Road and Carver and Buck streets on Bangor’s west side.

During the investigation, Officer Tyler Rusby identified Pullen as the suspect and recovered a number of bank cards and cash. After his initial arrest, Pullen was charged with another vehicle burglary reported later on Carver Street.

Pullen was taken to the Penobscot County Jail, where he remained Monday morning, according to the jail’s website.
