Hugh Jackman made a surprise appearance at a fundraiser Monday night in Ogunquit.
The Australian actor, best known as Wolverine in the “X-Men” movies, sang a duet with Sutton Foster, who starred alongside Jackman in the Broadway revival of “The Music Man,” at the Ogunquit Playhouse, according to the Portland Press Herald.
Jackman’s appearance came during a gala that raised $2.9 million for the playhouse’s renovation and expansion, the Press Herald reported.
