A Lewiston man allegedly sexually exploited an Illinois child on social media.
Jonathan Miles, 41, faces charges of soliciting child sexual abuse materials and disseminating material harmful to minors, according to the Lewiston Police Department.
Miles was allegedly interacting with the child on social media, and Illinois investigators sought help from Lewiston police in tracking him down, the department said Friday morning.
Miles, who has four sets of bail conditions, was found Thursday in the woods, where he was taken into custody and brought to the Androscoggin County Jail in Auburn, where he’s being held as a fugitive from justice.
