ROCKLAND – A. Louise Billings, 88, wife of the late Ralph F. Billings, died Friday, Feb. 2, 2007, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center, Rockport. Visiting hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Bernards Catholic Church, 150 Broadway, Rockland. Deacon Robert Cleveland will officiate. A reception will be after in the parish center. Spring interment will be at St. James Cemetery, Thomaston. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Bernards Soup Kitchen, 150 Broadway, Rockland or the Rockland Emblem Club No. 200, Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 104, Rockland, ME 04841.
