ALFREDO AGANA STOCKTON SPRINGS – Alfredo “Fred” Claudio Agana, 74, passed away Sept. 24, 2008, surrounded by his family, at a Boston hospital after a short, but courageous battle with mesothelioma. He was born in Manila, Philippines, the son of Salud Agana and brother to Fernando Agana. He was predeceased by son, Jonathan Kelly Agana. He is survived by his loving wife, Karen (Kimball) Agana; his son, Michael Richard Agana and wife, Merrilee, of South Berwick; daughter, Julie Ann Ketchen and husband, Al, of Poland; son, Gregory Paul Agana and wife, Angela, of Herndon, Va.; and grandchildren, Alicia, Cameron, Bethany, Abbie, A.J., Tyler, Natalie and Rory. There will be a celebration of Fred’s life 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 28, at his home, 114 Harris Road, Stockton Springs.
