MATTAWAMKEAG – Alice Andrews, wife of the late Clerance Andrews, passed away Saturday, Nov. 18, 2006, at Stillwater Healthcare. She was born April 7, 1915, to Mark and Matilda (Lindquist) Philbrook. She is survived by two children, Beverly and husband, Robert Curtis, of Bangor and Gerald and wife, Janie Andrews, of Mattawamkeag; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Leroy; a daughter, Priscilla; and a grandson, Gerald. Burial services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at Mattawamkeag Cemetery.
