LUBEC – Anita B. Doran, 101, passed away June 12, 2007, at Oceanview Nursing Home, Lubec. She was born Dec. 9, 1905, in Lubec, the daughter of the late Albert and Della (Davidson) Scoville. Anita was very proud to receive the Boston Cane on her 100th birthday. She was a lifelong member of Christian Temple Church. She is survived by her children, John Doran and wife, Evelyn, of North Reading, Mass., and Ann Beam of Lubec; five grandchildren, Gary Beam and wife, Lisa, of Warren, Lori Huckins and husband, Randy, of Lubec, Daniel Beam of Manchester, N.H., Cindy Carver and husband, Dwayne, of Derry, N.H., and Lisa Ayra and husband, Matthew, of Reading, Mass.; great-grand-children, Jason, Angie, Mor-gan, Kyla, Doran, Abbey and Sophia; many nieces and nep-hews. She was predeceased by her husband, John Doran; and a brother, Virgil Scoville. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, June 15, at Christian Temple Church, Lubec.
