OLD TOWN – Anita Mae (Perry) Niles, 82, died Nov. 24, 2006. She was born Sept. 17, 1924, in Lakeview, the daughter of Frank and Sara (Luttrell) Perry. Surviving are her husband, Albert R. Niles of Alton; one son, Wayne A. Niles and his wife, Betty, of Palatka, Fla.; two daughters, Nancy A. Jordan of Bangor and Debra J. Severance and her husband, Colwell, of LaGrange; a very special granddaughter, Ranee Dow and her husband, Linwood; grandchildren, Jason Street and his wife, Melinda, Sandee Griffith and her husband, Isiah, Kevin Severance and his wife, Michele, Shannon Severance and his wife, Jen, Albert Severance, Vanessa Dunn and her husband, Corey, Jim Vahy; great-grandchildren, Brandon Dow, Taylor Severance, Daniel Severance, Shannon Severance, Joseph Severance, Emma Griffith; Celina Severance, Julianna Dunn; a special niece and caregiver, Phyllis McKay; caregivers, Veronica; Shirley; and Lillian. She was predeceased by a sister, Joyce Dyer. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 28, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Donald Booker, pastor of the Bradford Baptist Church, officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome to call 10 a.m. Tuesday until time of service. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments after the service at the Brookings-Smith Family Center, 163 Center St., Bangor.
