HAMPDEN – Anne (Perry) Brann Morse, 87, died Sept. 28, 2006, at a Brunswick health care facility. She was born June 6, 1919, in Hartford, Conn., the daughter of Alfred and Florence (Hodges) Perry. Anne taught mathematics at Bangor High School for 25 years, retiring in 1983. She was a member of All Souls Congregational Church, the church choir, the Woman’s Association, P.E.O. Sisterhood, Chapter A in Bangor; a life member of the National Education Association, and the Maine Retired Teachers’ Association. She is survived by her children, David Brann and his wife, Donna, of Lemont, Ill., Barbara and her husband, William Barbarow, of Irvine, Calif., Douglas Brann of LaSalle, Ill., Margaret and her husband, Kenneth Wooley, of Hudson, Wis., and Lawrence Brann and his wife, Lorrie, of Topsham; her sister, Barbara Martin of South Brooksville; two brothers, Alfred Perry of Knoxville, Tenn., and Charles Perry of Ormond Beach, Fla.; 11 grandchildren, Edward Brann, Elizabeth Zarrinpar, Jennifer Barbarow, Scott Barbarow, Jessica Brann, Andrea Bredemeyer, Alise Brann, Joshua Brann, Leah Brann, Hannah Brann, and Elisabeth Brann; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her son, Robert Brann; and her sister, Florence Eaton. A service of remembrance will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21, at All Souls Congregational Church, Bangor, with the Rev. Dr. James L. Haddix, pastor and teacher, officiating. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments in the church vestry after the service.
