SALISBURY COVE – Annie C. Linscott, 102, died Jan. 13, 2004, at the Bradford House in Bangor. She was born Oct. 26, 1901, in Town Hill, the daughter of Charles and Anne (Hamilton) Camber. Hollis and Annie were married for 72 years and lived most of those years at their residence in Salisbury Cove. She was a member of the Eden Baptist Church, the Ladies Aid and the Mothers Club and former member of the Grange. Annie is survived by a son, Paul of Ellsworth; and a daughter, Shirley of Clearwater, Fla. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grand-children, several great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Hollis; and a son, Russell. Friends are invited to call 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, 2004, at Jordan-Fernald, Bar Harbor Chapel, 48 Eden St., Bar Harbor, where funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 16, 2004. Spring interment will be at Hillside Cemetery, Hulls Cove. Contributions in Annie’s memory may be made to the Eden Baptist Church, Route 3, Salisbury Cove 04672.
