ISLAND FALLS – April Dawn Bishop, 40, died Feb. 13, 2008, in Houlton. She was born March 19, 1967, in Island Falls, the daughter of Rodney and Bonita (Hosford) Bishop. April enjoyed cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, cooking and spending time with her daughter. In addition to her father of Island Falls, she is survived by her maternal grandmother, Bessie Hosford of West Enfield; one daughter, Taylor Renay of Island Falls; two sisters, Melanie Lynn and her husband, Michael MacArthur, of Scarborough and Tracy Bishop of Brewer; one brother, Troy and his wife, Michelle Bishop, of Smyrna Mills; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends, Sharon Martin, and Sherry and Roger Stevens.
