GREENVILLE – Audrey M. Howard, 89, died Oct. 14, 2004, at C.A. Dean Nursing Home in Greenville. She was born March 31, 1914, in Sheridan, daughter of Frank and Nellie (Gosselin) Coro. She worked as a cook for several of the local restaurants and later worked as activities director at the C.A. Dean Nursing Home. She was a member of the Rebekahs and the People’s United Methodist Church in Greenville Junction. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Kenneth and Phyllis Howard of Greenville, Albert Howard of Putnam, Conn., Jacqueline and Fred Clukey of Vernon, Conn., Richard and Gloria Howard of Ellington, Conn., Frank and Patty Howard of Dover-Foxcroft, Douglas and Sandra Howard of Sabattus; 14 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl E. Howard; a son, Terry Howard, four brothers, George Coro, Edward Coro, John Coro, Claude Coro; two sisters, Eva Unites, Doris Murray. Friends may call 1-2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 16, 2004, at the People’s United Methodist Church in Greenville Junction. Funeral services will follow 2 p.m. Saturday, with Pastor Jan Rehnow officiating.
