DANFORTH – Audrey Vera Mailman, 74, beloved wife and mother, died Jan. 30, 2006, at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness. She was born Aug. 21, 1932, to Glenna and Merlin Rideout of Woodstock, N.B. She is survived by her loving husband, Roger Mailman of Danforth; a daughter, Pam Dow of Danforth; a son, Billy Mailman and his companion, Sherri Lavoie, of Caribou; a very special grandaughter, Tiffany Dow; a sister and brother-in-law, Barbie and John McAllister of Amherst, Nova Scotia; and a nephew, Jordan McAllister of Halifax, Nova Scotia; several other nieces and nephews; and special friends, Connie and Tonya Mailman of Portland. She also leaves behind her faithful furry companions, Babe, Baby Kitty, Pumpkin, Otis and Milo. She was predeceased by her parents, Glenna and Merlin Rideout; and a very special son, Dale Rideout. At her request, there will be no calling hours. A memorial celebration, celebrating her life will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4, at the Weston Grange Hall, with everyone welcome. She will be laid to rest in the spring at the Mackenzie Corner Baptist Church Cemetary in Debeck, N.B.
