NORRIDGEWOCK – Aurilla Dumeny, 64, died Jan. 9, 2004, at her home in Norridgewock, following a brief courageous battle with cancer. She was cared for by her partner, family and friends. She was born on Dec. 18, 1939, in West Bowdoin, the daughter of Clyde L. and Elsie L. Hall. She enjoyed her vegetable, flower and water gardens, her grandchildren and her pets, Toby, Pepper, Bandit, and Polly. She loved her home and family and will be dearly missed by those she leaves behind. She is survived by her best friend and partner, Ron Kronholm; her children, Christine Moen and her husband, Don, of Dover-Foxcroft, Joseph Paquet Jr. and his wife, Michelle, of Kansas, Gregory Paquet and his wife, Laura, of Smithfield, Luralee Wilbur of Waterville, Darcy Fortin and her husband, Andy, of Madison, and Daryl Dumeny of Skowhegan; a brother, Milton Hall of Mt. Vernon; and a sister, Sylvia Tibbetts of Hallowell; 13 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Robert Hall, Charles Hall, Herbert Hall, and Theodore Hall; and her sisters, Merna Caret and Dorothy Keene. In honor of her request there will be no visiting hours. A memorial gathering will be held between 1-4 p.m. Jan. 17, 2004, at the P.A.C.E. Union Hall, Route 201, Skowhegan. In lieu of flowers, friends wishing may make donation in her memory to the American Cancer Society, Maine Division Inc., 1 Main St., Suite 300, Topsham, ME 04086.
