BREWER – Family and friends are invited to a service celebrating Barbara E. (Wiles) Giffard’s life 3 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, at Kiley & Foley Funeral Service, 69 State St., Brewer, with a visitation 2 p.m. until the service begins with Pastor Wayne McDonald presiding. A time of continued fellowship will be immediately afterward. Private burial will be at a later date at the Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Augusta.
