LINCOLN – Bernard “Biscuit” Osnoe, 70, died Nov. 2, 2005, at a Lincoln healthcare facility. He was born Jan. 29, 1935, in Silver Ridge, the son of Lawrence and Grace (Severance) Osnoe. Bernard drove trucks all of his life. He had a good singing voice and he loved to sing. He is survived by three brothers, Sheldon, of Augusta, Kenneth of Burlington and Clayton of Florida and East Newport; three sisters, Madeline Dumont of Orono, Evelyn Chubbuck of Lincoln and Thursa Millington of Rockport; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 14, at the Kingman Cemetery, with the Rev. Mark W. York officiating. Arrangements with Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Rd., Lincoln.
