OWLS HEAD – Bertha Irene Sullivan, 77, wife of Foster W. Sullivan, died unexpectedly, Thursday, Oct. 16, 2003, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center in Rockport. A service in remembrance of Mrs. Sullivan’s life, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 25, at Burpee, Carpenter & Hutchins Funeral Home, 110 Limerock St., Rockland. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Owls Head. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the South Thomaston Ambulance, P.O. Box 147, South Thomaston, ME 04858.
