BANGOR – On March 21, 2008, our little angel, Brent Hunter Sabin, went to heaven for reasons known only to God. He was born Nov. 29, 2001, and touched so many lives in a most unique and wonderful way. His smile could make the sun shine. His entertaining ways always amused us, his intellect would amaze us. He gave us those moments in time that would stay with us forever. He recently taught us the hardest lesson of all, the gift of life. For it does not matter how old or frail you are, God also wants the young and innocent. We are so grateful to this precious little 6-year-old for reminding us of what we most take for granted. He was blessed with the most loving, caring, compassionate and understanding mother a little boy could have, Nicci Senter; his gramma, Sherry Silvia, who loved and worshipped him unconditionally; “Uncle T” Trevor Senter and auntie, Laurie Gauthier adored him. He was very special to grampa, Frank Silvia, too. He is also survived by his father, Tim Sabin. With endless tears, profound sadness and broken hearts, we live on and can only hope for tomorrow. Brent loved school and was in kindergarten at Vine Street School. Special thanks to his teachers, caregivers, baby-sitters, relatives, friends and so many more to mention. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, March 29, at East Orrington Congregational Church. Please join us and share your special memories. Donations in his name may be sent to Maine Discovery Museum, 74 Main St., Bangor, ME 04401.
