KENSINGTON, CONN. – Bruce Wayne Dumond, 47, of David Drive, Kensington, Conn., the husband of Lucia (Pelletier) Dumond, died Tuesday at Yale New Haven Hospital. Born in Fort Kent, the son of the late Edward and the late Alma (Paradis) Dumond. He was employed at Har-Conn Chrome in West Hartford, Conn., and was a member of St. Paul Church in Kensington, Conn. In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Joshua Dumond of Kensington; two daughters, Dawn Dumond of New Britain, Conn., and Heather Dumond of Manchester, Conn.; a brother, Ronnie Dumond of Fort Kent; three sisters, Diane Dumond of Fort Kent, Charlene Silguero of Berlin, Conn. and Carol Michaud of Kensington, Conn.; four grandchildren, his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Theresa Pelletier of Coventry, Conn., and several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Porter’s Funeral Home, 111 Chamberlain Highway, Kensington, Conn., with a funeral liturgy at 11:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Church. Burial will follow in Maple Cemetery, Berlin, Conn. Friends and relatives are invited to call from 5-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
