NASHVILLE PLANTATION Candide N. Duperry, 77, died July 16, 2006, at her residence in Nashville. She was born Dec. 3, 1928, in Daigle, the daughter of Joseph and Yvonne (Daigle) Michaud. Candide was educated in area schools and also attended Rutgers University. She is survived by six children, Robert Duperry of St. Francis, Philip Duperry of Ashland, Michael Duperry of Presque Isle, Elizabeth Shafer of Wilmington, N.C., Richard Duperry of Dudley, Mass. and Paul Duperry of Nashville Plantation; four sisters, Mauberte Thivierge of Windsor Locks, Conn., Bibianne Malloy of Farmingdale, Joanne Jordan of Enfield, Conn. and Rita Wecker of Chicago; two brothers, Philip and Jean Michaud, both of Enfield, Conn.; many grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by one son and two daughters, William, Jacqueline and Louise; and by two brothers, Marc and Lewis. Relatives and friends may call 10 a.m. Thursday until time of service at the St. Mark Catholic Church, Ashland. A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 a.m. Thursday with the Rev.
