ELLSWORTH and ORLAND Carlene R. (Grindle) Gray, 71, died Dec. 25, 2005, at an Ellsworth hospital following a brief illness. Visitation for family and friends will be 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, at the Mitchell-Tweedie Funeral Home, 28 Elm St., Bucksport, where a funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Linda A. Smith, officiating. A gathering of conversation and refreshment will follow the service at the Verona Island Town Hall.
