BANGOR – Carol (Timmons) Knowlton, 58, died Jan. 17, 2008, at a Bangor health care facility. She was born June 28, 1949, in Baltimore, the daughter of Joseph and Virginia (Gayheart) Timmons. Carol received her Bachelor of Arts in art and taught school in the Baltimore area. She moved to Bangor in 1979. A memorial service will be announced in the spring.
