BANGOR and MACHIAS – Carolyn C. Goodwin, 79, died Jan. 15, 2004, at a Machias hospital. She was born Sept. 12, 1924, in Bangor, the daughter of Dr. Harold and Gladys (Colby) Goodwin. She graduated from Bangor High School and Westbrook Jr. College. She is survived by her twin sister, Eleanor P. Goodwin of Machias; and six cousins. Private graveside services for the family will be held at Pine Grove Cemetery, Bangor. A service of Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor.
