HAMPDEN – Celina (Voisine) Murray, 90, wife of Arthur J. Murray, passed away Oct. 5, 2003, at a Bangor hospital. She was born at Fort Kent June 7, 1913, the daughter of Eli and Elodie (Gagne) Voisine. Celina had been a resident of Hampden since 1950. He was a self-employed daycare provider. She attended St. Matthew’s Catholic Church. Celina enjoyed flower gardening and family times. She leaves a legacy of love and devotion as a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Celina is survived by her beloved husband of 68 years, Arthur; one daughter, Sharon D. Murray of Bangor; one son, Ronald W. Murray I and his wife, Azilda, of Etna; one brother, Leon J. Voisine of Southington, Conn.; three grandchildren, Ronald W. Murray II of Tennessee, Dale T. Murray of Hampden, and David A. Murray of Colorado; and two great-grandchildren, Kiersten Murray and Dakota Murray. Visiting hours will be held 7-8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church, 70 Western Ave., Hampden with the Rev. Bob Vaillancourt, celebrant.
