TAVARES, Fla. – Mr. Charles “Chick” Doughty III, 59, passed away April 3, 2007. He was born March 14, 1948, in Bangor, to the late Charles Jr. and Regina Doughty of Brewer. Mr. Doughty graduated from Brewer High School and attended Husson College. Mr. Doughty lived in California for many years and worked as an engineer. He relocated back to Florida, due to illness in 2000. Survivors include his sister, Patricia Trefethen of Tavares, Fla.; brother, Daniel J. Doughty of Casco; and nieces, Kelley Bouchard of Gorham and Tracey Campman of Tallahassee, Fla. Private memorial services will be held at a later date.
