ORRINGTON – Charles M. Huggard, 79, died Jan. 13, 2004, at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness. He was born Feb. 7, 1924, in Houlton, the son of Robert and Lena (Nason) Huggard. Charles is survived by three children, Sharon Huggard of Scarborough, Stephen Huggard of Roseberg, Ore., and Wayne Williams of Pennsylvania; two sisters, Joyce Peabody of Bangor, and Margaret O’ Leary of Houlton; one brother, Richard Huggard and his wife, Nancy, of Veazie.
