WAITE – Charlotte A. Fish, 70, died March 11, 2007, at a Lincoln hospital. She was born March 18, 1936, at Lambert Lake, a daughter of Delmar and Myrtle (Grant) Nason. Charlotte belonged to the American Legion Auxiliary and the Talmadge Pentecostal Church. She enjoyed fishing and playing bingo. She is survived by her loving husband of 51 years, Carl M. Fish Jr.; a son, Gary W. Fish of Lambert Lake; two daughters, Kathy M. DeWitt and Norman of McAdam, New Brunswick, and Carla M. Fish and Philip Case of Fort Fairfield; one brother, Delmar “Bud” Nason Jr.; five sisters, Priscilla Dennings, Beatrice Kane, Ernestine Grass, Jessie Grass and Blanche McKinnon; seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins; her special cockatiel, Baby and lots of special friends. Charlotte was predeceased by a granddaughter, Tanya D. DeWitt; and two sisters, Juanita Randell and Helen Fish. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home with the Rev. Thomas Smith officiating. Spring interment will be at Lambert Lake Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may donate in Charlotte’s memory to the Arthritis Foundation. Donations may be left at the funeral home.
