OLD TOWN and ELLSWORTH – Cheryl Ann Coulombe, 47, passed away July 19, 2007, in Ellsworth, after a long illness. She was born Oct. 19, 1959, in Bangor, the daughter of Robert Coulombe Sr. and Beverly (Gothrow) Sibley. Cheryl loved movies, to have books read to her and outings with her friends. She especially enjoyed going to Jordan’s Snack Bar. Cheryl was predeceased by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Gothrow and Amos and Mae Coulombe; sister, Melissa Coulombe; and stepmother, Marilyn Coulombe. She is survived by her mother, Beverly Sibley and her husband, Woodbury; father, Robert Coulombe Sr.; siblings, Brenda Wickett, Robert Coulombe Jr. and his wife, Mary, Richard Coulombe and his wife, Cathy, Timothy Coulombe and his wife, Syl, Gary Coulombe and his companion, Allen, Katherine Emerson and her husband, Danny, Belinda Doucette and her husband, Clarence, Michele Doucette and her husband, Jamie, Michael Coulombe and his wife, Amy, and Cindy Madden and her husband, Dwayne; stepsiblings, Joan Redman, Jean Evans, Carlene Miller and her husband, Brian, and Denise Mitchell; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, July 26, at St. Joseph Cemetery, Old Town. Arrangements are under the care of Birmingham Funeral Home. Cheryl’s family extends their gratitude to the staff at Birchwood Living Center for the excellent care they provided Cheryl.
