HODGDON – Dean E. McGary, 71, died Aug. 24, 2005, in Bangor. He was born Oct. 2, 1933, in Amity, the son of Ross and Dolly (Lake) McGary. He is survived by his wife, Geraldine (Spellman) McGary; nine children, Rick and his wife, Charlene McGary of Houlton, Diane and her husband, Timmy Kervin, of North Carolina, Lori and her husband, Andy Leighton of Houlton, Bobby McGary of Hodgdon, Peter McGary and Chrissy McGary, both of Houlton, and Kim and her husband, Harris Tucker, of Oakfield; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Opal Weldon and Judy Pipes, both of Florida. Private calling hours and graveside service will be held Friday at Hodgdon Cemetery, with Rick Murray officiating.
