EASTON – Deanna Joan McPherson, 59, peacefully, courageously and strong in faith, went Home May 6, 2004. She was born on Dec. 15, 1944, at Perth, New Brunswick, the daughter of Lawrence and Evelyn (Wortman) Michaud. In addition to her father of Westfield, she survived by her husband of 40 years, Robert McPherson of Easton. They were united in marriage on Aug. 17, 1963, in Fort Fairfield. Together they raised four children, a daughter, Evette McPherson of Lincoln, Neb.; a daughter and son-in-law, Roberta (Bobbie) and Mark Rauen of Spring Hope, N.C.; two sons and daughters-in-law, Christopher and Rhonda McPherson of Alexandria, Va., and Dean and Teri McPherson of Presque Isle. “Honey, MaPher, M’am, Grammy and Puppy’s Grammy” will be cherished and remembered by her 10 grandchildren, Jason Martin-Tardy, Hal and Tyler Tardy, Mark Beaton, Jessie, Eric, and Dana Rauen, Colby, William and Logan McPherson; a brother, Morris (Sonny) Michaud and his wife, Paula Jo; a sister, Charlotte Hanson all of Fort Fairfield. She was predeceased by her mother in April 1998. Friends and family may call 7-9 p.m. Saturday at the Duncan-Graves Funeral Home, 30 Church St., Presque Isle. Funeral services will be held 3 p.m. Sunday, May 9, 2004, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Matthew Maxwell officiating. Interment will be in Estes Park Cemetery at a later date.
