NORTHPORT – Donald Edward Millington Sr., 64, of Northport passed away Sunday, Jan. 2, 2005, at his home. He was born July 13, 1940, in Dexter, the son of Florence and Dr. Paul Millington. He lived most of his life in Camden and Lincolnville before moving to Northport 13 years ago. Donald served his country with the U.S. Army. He enjoyed his fish and birds and gardening. Donald loved his motorized parachute, camping, and the potluck supper crew. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a great uncle Roy Millington. Donald is survived by his wife, Theresa (Arsenault) Millington of Northport; two children, Donald Edward Millington Jr. and his fianc?e, Jamie, of Windham, and Jolana Bean and husband, Ralph, of Searsport; three grandchildren, Shaina, Austin, and Devon; stepchildren, Cindy and husband, Albert Baker, of New Jersey, Joe and wife, MaryAnn McAvoy, of Newport, Julie and husband, Jimmy Ohara, of Sherman, Frank McAvoy of Sherman, Larry and wife, Sarah McAvoy, of Sherman and many stepgrandchildren. A memorial service and Masonic service will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 5, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Route 3, Belfast. Internment will be private at the Oak Hill Cemetery, Camden. Those wishing to make memorial donations may do so to the Shriner’s Hospital, Office of Development, International Shrine Headquarters, 2900 Rocky Point Dr., Tampa, FL 33607-1460. Arrangements are under the care of the Crabiel-Riposta Funeral Home, 182 Waldo Ave, Belfast.
