ENFIELD – Donna L. Totz, 66, wife of John Totz, died July 13, 2004, at a Bangor hospital. She was born May 3, 1938, in Enfield, the daughter of Edmund G. and Maude M. (Cook) Thompson. Donna was a loving and devoted wife and mother. She was a foster parent to more than 100 children. She loved to go to yard sales. In addition to her husband, John, she is survived by two sons, Edward Totz of Enfield and Burt Totz of Pennsylvania; two daughters, Janet Slevinsky of Springfield and Lorraine Poggio of Connecticut; a brother, Gerald Thompson of Mineola, Texas; six grandchildren, two nieces and a nephew. She was predeceased by a grandson. Friends may call from 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Clay Funeral Home, 7 Lee Road, Lincoln, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, with the Rev. Darrell Joiner officiating. Interment will be in Dodlin Road Cemetery, Enfield. Those who wish may donate in her memory to the American Cancer Society. Donations may be left at the funeral home.
