BANGOR – Dorothy Evelyn Hatch, 72, of Bangor died peacefully on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2003, with her family by her side. She was born April 4, 1931. She leaves her beloved husband of 56 years, John R. Hatch; one son, Harry Hatch of Bangor; two daughters, Susanne Beede and John Crane of Clifton, and Peggy and Ken Bouchard of Brewer. Also survived by many loving grandchildren, Robert Beede Jr. and Vickey Rice, Tammy Bell and Jeff Cronk, Christopher Hatch and Dawn Reese, Sherry and Larry Parent, Tina Moreau and Mark Baughman, Melissa Rice, Kristy and Kenneth Kimball, and Travis Kimball. Among the family are eight grandchildren, Steven, Tyler, Joshua and Kaitlynn, Kayla and Alex, and Heidi and Trent; and nieces and one sister, Ida Van Wart. Visiting hours will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday at Foley Funeral Service, 299 Union St., Bangor. Private interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
