MILFORD – Earl C. Cox, 60, died April 27, 2005, at a Bangor hospital after a brief illness surrounded by his loving family. He was born Feb. 24, 1945, in Milford, a son of Linwood Sr. and Alice (Young) Cox. He was employed as a drywaller in the Old Town area for many years and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Earl is survived by two sons, Ken Cox and his wife, Kelly, of Old Town, Randy Cox and his fianc?e, Carol, of Kenduskeag; two stepsons, John Gammon and his wife, Terry, of Greenbush, Kevin Gammon and his wife, Bobbi, of Greenbush; a stepdaughter, Tracy Pehrson and her husband, Dennis, of Old Town; two brothers, Linwood Cox Jr. and his wife, Pam, of Alton, N.H., William Cox and his wife, MaeLyn, of Veazie; a sister, Frances Burr and her husband, Warren of Zephyrhills, Fla.; 12 grandchildren, Andrea, Casey, Candance, Randy, Brittany, Tiffany, Alicia, Derek, Christy, Tara, MaKayla, and Colby; special friends, Evelyn Hexter, Christy and Bradley. He was predeceased by his parents and his wife, Patricia Cox. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, April 30, at the Greenbush Cemetery on Route 2.
