HANCOCK – Edith M. Walker, 76, wife of the late Jesse T. Walker, died Nov. 24, 2004, at her home. She was born July 14, 1928, in Hancock, the daughter of Ralph W. and Lizzie (Moon) Davis. She is survived by her son, Tom and his wife, Doris, of Connor Township; one grandson, Ben and his daughter, Makalia, of Hancock; stepgrandchildren, Dan, Debbie and Laurie, five great-stepgrandchildren, two great-great-stepgrandchildren and a special friend, Joby Philbrook of Vinal Haven. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Calling hours will be held 2-4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 28, 2004, at the Jordan-Fernald Funeral Home, 113 Franklin St., Ellsworth, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, Nov. 29, 2004. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery, Hancock.
