LEVANT – Edward Bishop Wilks, III, 39, beloved husband of Valerie S. Wilks, died Nov. 9, 2004, at his residence in Levant after a long illness. He was born Jan. 4, 1965, in Millinocket, the son of Edward B. II and Linda M. (Morrison) Wilks. Edward was a graduate of Brewer High School, Class of 1984. He was rich in family and friends. He will always be loved and greatly missed. In addition to his wife and parents of Levant, he is survived by three sons, Zakary Dubay, Nikolas Emerson and Jakob Emerson, all of Levant; one daughter, Sonya Stevens, of Levant; one brother, Robert W. Wilks, and his daughter, Katherine, of Hampden; two sisters, Roxane Wilks, and fiance? Clayton Cote and sons, Brandon, Devenn, and Aaron Hachey, all of Levant, Danielle Wilks Gray, and husband, Jason, and their daughter Phrophecy, of Levant; one aunt, Donna Morrison Somers, and her husband Bud, of Sebring, Fla.; two uncles, Stanley J. Morrison, of Millinocket, Robert A. Wilks and wife, Janet, of Brewer; a devoted mother-in-law, Patricia Zebulske; several cousins. He was predeceased by grandparents Doris and William Morrison of Millinocket, and Marie and Robert Wilks of Brewer; one aunt, Carol Morrison, of Millinocket; and one uncle, William R. (Buzzy) Morrison Jr., of Millinocket. Services will be private for family and friends. Contributions in his memory may be made to 154 Morey Road, Kenduskeag, ME 04450.
