OLD TOWN and GREENBUSH – Elaine Cecilia Saucier, 46, died Jan. 19, 2007, at a Bangor health care facility. She was born June 6, 1960, in Ayre, Mass., the daughter of Laurell “Ted” and Joyce (Wasson) Doody. Elaine enjoyed reading, watching football and spending time with family and friends, especially her grandson. She was employed at Eastern Maine Heathcare as a manager in patient accounts. She is survived by her husband of 19 years, Dale Saucier of Greenbush; her parents, Ted and Joyce Doody of Fort Fairfield; a son, Wallace Fraser Jr. and wife, Lynette, of Ellsworth; a grandson, Peyton Fraser; a daughter, Melissa Fraser and her fiance, Adam Hall, of Presque Isle; two brothers, Laurell “Tod” Doody and wife, Sandra, of West Millbury, Mass., and Stephen Doody and his fiance, Jennine Lesce, of Middletown Conn.; and a sister, Kimberley and her husband, Shawn Murchison, of Fort Fairfield. She will also be missed by her special friends, Cindy Hewes, Cindy Olivier and Sandy Bovard at Eastern Maine Healthcare and her staff from patient accounts. A funeral service will be celebrated noon Tuesday, Jan. 23, at Brookings-Smith, 133 Center St., Bangor, with the Rev. Bruce Stevens, pastor of the Old Town Baptist Church, officiating. Friends may call 10 a.m. until time of service. Spring interment will be at Fairmont Cemetery, Presque Isle.
