WESTFIELD – Elizabeth J. Bell, 92, died Nov. 30, 2004, at a Mars Hill health care facility. She was born April 5, 1912, in Sheffield, England, the daughter of Thomas and Mary (Granger) Pearson. She was employed for many years as a dietitian at the A.R. Gould Memorial hospital. She is survived by a son, Dan L. Bell of Westfield; grandchildren, Shannon McCausland of Fort Farifield, Marion Bell of Jacksonville, Texas, Dan Bell Jr. of Portland, Stacey Bell of Lakeville, N.B., Duane Bell of Bangor; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Predeceasing her were brothers and sisters, Bill, Bob, Chris, Jim, Jessie and Lillian. A private graveside service will be held Saturday at the Marshall Cemetery in Westfield, with the Rev. Larry Palmer officiating. Arrangements are in the care of the Duncan Funeral Home in Mars Hill.
