GOULDSBORO – Elton E. Hall, 75, died Saturday, May 28, 2005, at his home in Gouldsboro. He was born Sept. 4, 1929, in Village Mills, Texas, the son of Euin E. and Mary L. Hall. Elton was retired from the U.S. Navy, where he was a member of the Sea Bees. He retired in 1967, with 21 years of service. After retiring from the Navy, Elton worked with the U.S. Civil Service until 1985, when he retired and moved to Gouldsboro, where he had lived since that time. Elton is a member of the VFW Post No. 109 in Ellsworth. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Carolyn K. (Briggs) Hall of Gouldsboro; four children, Michael Hall and his wife, Maureen, Brenda Clough and her husband, Nick, all of Gouldsboro, Eva Cisco and her husband, Doug, of Toms River, N.J. and Kimberly Marquis and her husband, Paul, of Fort Kent; six grandchildren, Brian, Melissa, Patrick, Elizabeth, Micheal and Charlie; a brother, James Hall and his wife, Anne, of Houston, Texas; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, Elton was predeceased by a brother, Delbert Hall; and two sisters, Neva (Pat) Harbin and Stella Hall. Friends are invited to visit with the family 6:30-8 p.m. Tuesday, at the Bradgon-Kelley-Campbell Funeral Home, 47 Main St., Milbridge. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, at the Prospect Harbor United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Stephen Loan, pastor, officiating.
