ARCADIA, Fla., and CARIBOU – A memorial committal for Joe W. Quimby, who died March 18, 2007, will be held 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 13, at Caribou Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery. A gathering will be held after at the home of Connie Ennis, 7 Lafayette St., Caribou.
