EL SOBRANTE, Calif. – E.H. “Penny” Brown, passed away Sept. 14, 2005, in El Sobrante, Calif. He was born March 8, 1933, in Plantation 21. A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Oct. 15, 2005, at the Plantation 21 cemetery. Pastor Dana Kady will lead fraveside ceremonies. All friends and family are invited to attend (informal).
