EXETER – A funeral service for F. Robert Plummer “Red” will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday at River of God Community and Worship Center, 911 West Old Town, Alton, with Pastor James Tardy, “Red’s” son-in-law, officiating. Interment in the springtime will be at Chamberlain Cemetery, Exeter. Arrangements entrusted to Hampden-Gilpatrick Funeral Home, 45 Western Ave., Hampden.
