ELLSWORTH – Faustina R. Donnell, 88, died March 5, 2008, at an Ellsworth hospital, after a brief illness. She was born Feb. 9, 1920, in Sullivan, the daughter of Pearl and Verna (Lingly) Robertson. Faustina loved to read, crochet and cook. She was a devoted caregiver to her daughter, Maureen, for more than 50 years. She is survived by her son, Denis Donnell of Ellsworth; two grandchildren, Alan J. Donnell Jr. and Linda Donnell of Maryland; and a sister, Janice Ober and husband, George, of Manchester, Conn. She was predeceased by a son, Alan N. Donnell; and two daughters, Linda and Maureen Donnell. Spring interment will be at Simpson Cemetery, Sullivan.
