UNION – Frances Doughty Cunningham, 91, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2007, at Penobscot Bay Medical Center, Rockport. Visiting hours will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 27, at Hall Funeral Home, 949 Main St., Waldoboro, with an Eastern Star service to begin 7 p.m. The funeral will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 28, at Peoples United Methodist Church, Union.
