CLIFTON – Frances E. Philbrook, 90, wife of the late Gardner Philbrook, died Dec. 1, 2006, surrounded by her family at her home. She was born Sept. 30, 1916, in Bangor, the daughter of Clarence and Annie (Cook) Webber. She is survived by two sons, Terrence Philbrook and his wife, Patricia, of Clifton and Calvin Philbrook of Eddington; five grandchildren, a very special granddaughter, Evelyn Wardwell, Dwayne Philbrook and his wife, Joyce, Ed Philbrook and his wife, Cindy, Shawn Spratt and his wife, Leianne, Ora Spratt and his wife, Kylie; several nieces and nephews; and a special sister-in-law, Lenora Philbrook. A very special thank you to Dr. John Patten, his staff and the staff at New Hope Hospice. Interment services will be private for the family. Gifts in her memory may be sent to New Hope Hospice, P.O.
