CLIFTON – Funeral services for Francis Richard “Franny” Treadwell will be held 1 p.m. Thursday at Brookings-Smith, Clark-Piper Chapel, 55 South Main St., Brewer, with the Rev. Roger Tracy, pastor of East Eddington Community Church, officiating. Friends may call from 12 noon until time of the service. The family invites relatives and friends to share conversation and refreshments at the East Eddington Community Church, Rt. 9, Eddington immediately following the service.
