WHITNEYVILLE – Gage Nicholas Conlin, three days old, passed away Friday, Dec. 26, at Maine Medical Center. He was born Dec. 23, 2003, in Machias, the son of Walter Conlin II and Elizabeth Smith of Whitneyville. Gage was predeceased by his great-grandmother, Alice Harper (Mimi); and cousin, Hunter Graves. He is survived by his beloved parents, Walter and Elizabeth of Whitneyville; sisters, Sarah Smith and Mikala Conlin, both of Whitneyville; grandparents, Brenda and Allen Jones of Cutler, Bruce Stevens of Marshfield, Jo-Ellen and Bob Harvey of Owls Head, Loretta and Bob MacLeod of Columbia, Jada and Barry Hanscom of Jacksonville; and many special uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. He will be sadly missed by all. Even though you were so small, you filled our hearts with love. Your time with us was much too short, when you left to live above. You’re in the arms of God now, though we’re sad to see you go. We know he’ll take good care of you, for the Bible tells us so. There will not be any services at this time.
